Recipe makes 8 Servings

24 Oz cream cheese, creamed
1 cup(s) sugar
2 large egg
1 Tsp vanilla paste
1 graham cracker pie crust
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
3/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/3 cup(s) almond, toasted
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup(s) butter, cubed
21 Oz cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350ºF on bake.
In a large mixer with paddle attachment, add cream cheese and sugar. Set mixer on medium until cream cheese is smooth.
Add one egg at a time until well incorporated.
Add vanilla paste and set mixer on medium speed until batter is smooth with no lumps.
Once batter is smooth, pour batter into pie crust. Place pie in a 9-inch pan, and add water to larger pan until it reaches halfway up the side of pie pan.
Place pan in oven and bake 30 minutes. Set aside.
In a medium bowl add brown sugar, flour, almonds, cinnamon, and butter. Mix by hand until mixture reaches a crumble consistency. Set aside.
Add cherry filling and crumble mixture on top, reserve any extra, and place back in oven an additional 5 minutes.
Once crumble is a golden brown remove pie from oven and let rest in fridge approximately 2 hours until set.
Once pie has set, cut into 8 slices and serve.
