1 non-stick cooking spray
4 cup(s) Bisquick Original Baking Mix
1 1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
1 Tsp Adams Almond Extract
1/4 cup(s) sugar
2 eggs, large
1 3/4 cup(s) maraschino cherries, chopped, reserve 3/4 cup for top
1 cup(s) natural sliced almonds, plus 2 tablespoons for garnish
1/2 cup(s) vanilla frosting

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease bundt pan.

Mix together baking mix, milk, almond extract, sugar, eggs, cherries and almonds until blended.

Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes until skewer comes out clean. Remove and cool completely.

Place frosting in microwaveable bowl and microwave uncovered on high for 15 seconds until frosting is thin enough to drizzle then drizzle on cake.

Garnish with cherries and remaining almonds.
