Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
1/2 cup(s) Dijon mustard
3 cup(s) fresh ham, diced small
5 large eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped
4 heads of Eva Mini Romaine Hearts, chopped thinly
1 Pt grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 large avocado, diced
4 Oz crumbled feta cheese

In a blender, combine onions, sour cream, buttermilk, and mustard. Blend until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper as needed. Refrigerate until ready to use. Dressing can be made up to 2 days in advance.
In a large serving bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing as needed and season to taste.
