Recipe makes 8 Servings

14 .5600 Oz Pillsbury Best Pizza Dough Classic Crust, rolled into a rectangle
4 Oz pepperoni
1/2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Mozzarella Thick Cut Shreds
1/3 cup(s) Sonoma Gourmet Sautéed Garlic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
1 cup(s) marinara sauce

Place rolled out dough on a slightly floured surface.
Slice dough into strips slightly larger than the width of a pepperoni.
Place pepperoni on strips of dough then top with a sprinkle of cheese.
Once all strips of dough have toppings, roll each strip up carefully to ensure toppings don't come out, similar to a cinnamon roll. Pinch edges of dough if necessary.
Place pepperoni rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush with oil.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until well browned.
Serve with warm or chilled marinara sauce.
