Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Easy Melt, cut into small cubes
1/3 cup(s) whole milk
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Toasted Sesame Oil
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes, as needed
2 Tbsp garlic cloves, thinly sliced
12 Oz broccoli florets
1 Tbsp soy sauce, plus more as needed

Place cheese and milk in a small pot over medium heat. Whisk until cheese is melted then remove from heat and set aside.
Set a larger non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and sesame oil, and allow to get hot.
Stir in chili flakes and garlic. Cook 30 seconds then add broccoli and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
Add soy sauce, toss, remove from heat and cover with a lid and let steam 3 to 4 minutes.
Just before serving, drizzle cheese over broccoli. Season to taste.
