1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
14 Oz H-E-B Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Light Corn Syrup
2 cup(s) H-E-B Light Brown Sugar
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Halves, chopped & toasted
1 Tsp H-E-B Pure Vanilla Extract
28 Oz H-E-B Classic Selections New York Cheesecake, thawed
10 Oz H-E-B Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, and stir in condensed milk and corn syrup until blended; add brown sugar, and stir to dissolve; cook and stir 5-10 minutes, or until thickened.

Meanwhile, place pecans on a baking sheet, and toast in oven 10 minutes.

Remove saucepan from heat, and stir vanilla and pecans into milk mixture (sauce will thicken as it cools); to thin sauce, add 1-3 tablespoons water to reach desired consistency.

Spoon warm sauce over H-E-B Cheesecake slices, top with a cherry and serve.
