1 Lb H-E-B® Natural Ground Beef Patties
5 4/5 Oz hamburger helper cheeseburger macaroni
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
5 cup(s) tortilla chips, slightly crushed
1 1/4 cup(s) chunky salsa, medium
2/3 cup(s) fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup(s) black olives, sliced
1/4 cup(s) green onions, sliced

Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring with spoon to break beef into small pieces.
Brown beef, then drain off oil in colander and return beef to skillet.
Stir in pasta, sauce mix, milk and 2 cups hot water.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
Uncover and let stand about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Place 1 cup tortilla chips on each dinner plate.
Spoon about 1 cup beef mixture over tortilla chips on each plate.
Top each with 1/4 cup salsa and about 2 tablespoons sour cream.
Sprinkle with olives and onions.
