Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb ground beef
1 cup(s) onions, diced
1/2 cup(s) dill pickles, diced
1 cup(s) premium croutons, crushed
1/2 cup(s) Whataburger Fancy Ketchup, divided use
1 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
12 slices American Cheese, 6 slices shredded and 6 whole slices
1 egg
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1/4 cup(s) brown sugar
6 Tsp Alamo Golden Ale Beer Mustard
12 Texas toast, toasted

Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a medium bowl combine beef, onions, pickles, crushed croutons, 1/4 cup ketchup, tomatoes, parsley, shredded cheese and egg. Mix until well combined then transfer to a loaf pan.
Mix remaining ketchup, yellow mustard and brown sugar together and spread on top the meatloaf.
Bake 45 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and drain fat.
To make sandwiches, spread Golden Ale Mustard on one side of the toasted bread. Slice meatloaf and place on mustard side of 6 toast slices. Add sliced cheese to each and place in oven briefly to melt. Top with another piece of toast and enjoy.
Chef's Note: Pairs great with an Alamo Beer.
