Recipe makes 4 Servings

13 1/4 Oz H-E-B Rotini pasta
1 Lb H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef
2 1/2 Tbsp ketchup
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp canola oil
1 cup(s) H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F . Coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare pasta as directed on package.
In a large non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat.
When pasta is cooked to desired tenderness, drain and add to beef mixture, tossing to combine. (Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water to add to the meat & pasta to help thicken the mixture).
Transfer to prepared baking pan and top with shredded cheese.
Bake 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
