Cheddar Corn Dog Bites

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/2 box of State Fair Mini Corn Dogs
1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
1/4 cup(s) diced jalapeños
2 Tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
2 Tsp cliantro paste

Preheat oven at 375°F.
Prepare a baking pan by wrapping with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable cooking spray.
Spread corn dogs on the pan.
Melt butter until it is just softened.
Stir in jalapeños and garlic and spoon corn dogs with butter; be sure to leave jalapeño bites on corn dogs.
Top with cheese and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine sour cream and cilantro in a small mixing bowl.
Serve with cheese coated corn dogs.
