10 1/2 Oz H-E-B Shaved Brussels Sprouts
1/3 cup(s) dried apricots, finely chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup(s) Food Trk Fusion Texas Bold & Brash Sauce

Set oven to 475ºF. Move oven rack to highest position.

Cover a baking sheet with foil then spread Brussels sprouts and apricots out in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until edges of Brussels sprouts begin to char.

Remove from oven and gently toss with Texas Bold & Brash Sauce. Return to oven for 3 to 4 minutes then serve immediately.
