2 Tbsp H-E-B Dijon Mustard
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Pickle Me Relish Whole Dill Relish
5 green onions, chopped
1 cup(s) Trappy's Sweet 'n Hot Jalapeño Slices
4 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, chopped
2 Lb Ground Chuck 80/20
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Just Right Burger Spice
8 large H-E-B Hamburger Buns
8 H-E-B Natural Sliced Mild Cheddar, thin round slices

Instructions

Combine the mustard, dill relish, chopped sweet jalapeño slices and chopped green onions in a bowl and set aside.

Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F).

Combine ground beef, seasoning and chopped garlic in a large bowl. Lightly mix ingredients and shape into 8 patties 5 inches in diameter.

Place on a baking sheet, cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to cook on grill.

Place patties on hot grill and cook 4-5 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Top each patty with 1 slice of cheese and allow cheese to begin melting. During last 2 minutes of grilling, place buns, cut-sides down, on edge of grill and lightly toast.

To assemble burgers, spread 2 tablespoons jalapeño pickle relish on the bottom bun. Place cheese burgers on bottom bun, and cover with toasted bun top.
