Recipe makes 8 Servings

6 Oz Jell-O Berry Blue Gelatin
2 cup(s) fresh blueberries
2 unflavored gelatin
16 Oz cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) lemonade drink mix
6 Oz strawberry gelatin
1 Pt strawberries
1 whipped cream

For blue layer, combine blue gelatin with 1 cup water in a microwave safe bowl, and microwave for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir to dissolve.
Combine dissolved gelatin, 3 cups cold water and blueberries and pour into an 8 x 8- inch dish. Chill 30 minutes until firm.
For white layer, combine both unflavored gelatin packets with 1 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add 2 cups cold water to the dissolved gelatin, then combine the dissolved gelatin, cream cheese and lemonade drink mix in food processor and process for 30 seconds until smooth; pour into 8 x 8- inch dish. Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
For red layer, combine strawberry gelatin and 1 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes.
Add 2 1/2 cups cold water to dissolved gelatin, and stir; combine dissolved gelatin and sliced strawberries, and pour into 8 x 8- inch dish. Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
To assemble parfaits, cut congealed gelatins into 1-inch cubes; arrange 8 parfait glasses on a tray, and alternate the blue cubes, white cubes and red cubes in each glass.
Top each parfait with whipped cream.
