20 Oz H-E-B Cauliflower Florets
1 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
8 Oz H-E-B Cream Cheese
1/2 Tsp Sabatino Tartufi Truffle & Salt
3 Tbsp Sartori Fine Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven 400°F.
Begin by bringing 5 quarts of water to a boil, and cook florets for 3 - 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In another large pot, over medium heat, add whipping cream, cream cheese and truffle salt and cook gently for 5 - 7 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Combine everything together, mix well, and place in an oven safe container, and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 15 minutes and serve hot!
