Cast Iron Baked Cowboy Meatloaf

2 Lb H-E-B Prime 1 Cowboy Bacon Burgers, approximately
2 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1 cup(s) ice cold water
1/2 cup(s) white onions, julienned or thinly sliced

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine burgers, eggs, bread crumbs and water. Mix well to combine until all water is completely absorbed.

Spray non-stick spray liberally into a Texas shaped cast iron pan. Press meat mixture evenly into pan then top with julienned onions.

Place pan on a sheet pan to catch any grease run off then bake 45 to 50 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 160ºF.

Allow to rest before transferring meatloaf to a serving platter. Top with condiments, cut and serve.
