Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp Ottavio Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Lb ground chicken breast
1 bag H-E-B Power Slaw
2 1/2 Oz bag matchstick cut carrots
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
3/4 cup(s) Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1/2 cup(s) roasted, salted cashews, chopped
1 lettuce wrap leaves

Heat a non stick skillet on medium-high.
Add grapeseed oil and chicken. Cook 5 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Mix in power slaw, carrots and green onions. Sauté until tender-crisp, about 2 - 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cilantro, hoisin sauce and cashews. Serve immediately in lettuce wrap leaves.
