Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 slices H-E-B Campfire Bacon
8 Byers' Best Pickled Mushrooms
8 Byers' Best Pickled Green Beans
8 Oz Bloody Revolution Gourmet Bloody Mary Mix, ribeye flavor, chilled
8 Oz good quality vodka, chilled
4 stalks celery, washed and trimmed
1 half fresh lime, quartered

Chill four 12 ounce glasses.
Wrap bacon slices in several layers of paper towels. Microwave on full power 2 to 3 minutes, or until bacon is fully cooked, but not too crispy to bend.
Using 1 long bamboo skewer for each glass thread a slice of cooked bacon back and forth alternating with mushrooms and beans. Push up to non-sharp end of skewer.
Pour Bloody Mary mix and vodka in chilled glass. Add celery stalk and stir.
Add ice and skewered bacon with mushrooms and beans.
Finish with a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
