Carnivore French Bread Pizza

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 loaf French or ciabatta bread, cut in half lengthwise
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Oz H-E-B Light Sausage
1 cup(s) pizza sauce
12 Oz shredded mozzarella cheese
5 Oz pepperoni
2 1/2 Oz H-E-B 100% Bacon Pieces
1/4 cup(s) red onion, thinly sliced
8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place both half loaves on a baking sheet.
Place a small skillet over medium heat. Add oil and sausage. Cook sausage thoroughly.
Divide sauce and cheese evenly between each piece of ciabatta. Top with sausage, pepperoni, bacon and onions.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and bread is toasty around the edges. Remove from oven and top with basil just before serving.
Chef’s tip: For the same great flavors with less bread use same ingredients on top of naan bread. Cooking time will be 6 to 7 minutes.
