Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Pork Carnitas
4 slices of bacon
8 H-E-B Texas Heritage Beef Hot Dogs
10 Oz H-E-B Coleslaw Kit, prepared according to package instructions
2 Tbsp H-E-B That Green Sauce
8 hot dog buns, warmed

In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook pork carnitas until crispy and heated through.
If pork sticks, add about a teaspoon of oil. Remove pork from pan and keep warm.
In same pan, cook bacon over same heat until crispy, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove bacon and drain grease on paper towels. Once cool enough to handle, crumbled bacon.
Cook hot dogs in bacon grease, rotating with tongs until entire dog is browned and crispy, about 5 minutes.
Add green sauce to prepared coleslaw. Combine well.
To prepare dog, place hot dog in bun and top with a spoonful of pork, coleslaw and bacon crumbles.
Chef's Note: Serve dog with chips and queso or your favorite tailgating sides.
