Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Pork Carnitas, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
2 Tsp Mi Tienda Orange Pepper Seasoning
12 Oz H-E-B Mexican Oaxaca, cut into small pieces
6 poblanos, top cut off and seeds removed

In a frying pan over medium-high heat, brown carnitas and season with orange pepper seasoning to taste.
Layer cheese and meat inside prepared poblanos.
Place stuffed poblano peppers in an oven safe dish and broil 3 to 5 minutes. Turn poblanos over and broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides like rice and beans.
