1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
16 Oz H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Sugar
2 H-E-B Extra Large Eggs
1 Tsp HEB Vanilla Pure Extract
3 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1/2 Tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp McCormick Ground Nutmeg
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Quick Oats
1/2 cup(s) Hershey Caramel Topping

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
Cut in 1 cup of butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.
Press evenly into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan lined with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar in an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
Then add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Stir to combine.
Pour over warm crust.
In a small bowl, stir together chopped apples, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.
Combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of flour, oats, 1/2 cup of softened butter and then sprinkle evenly on top.
Bake 30 minutes, or until filling is set.
Drizzle with caramel topping.
