1 Pt H-E-B Angel Sweet Tomatoes
1 Oz fresh arugula
8 Oz H-E-B Fresh Mozzarella Bocconcini, halved
2 Tbsp Fini Reduction of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Central Market Pesto Genovese
1 Tbsp unfiltered olive oil

Using decorative toothpicks or mini-skewers, thread 1 tomato, 2 arugula leaves and 1 half mozzarella ball onto each skewers.
In a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar, pesto and olive oil, drizzling over kabobs just before serving.
Finish with a few coarse grains of salt on each.
