Recipe makes 18 Servings

4 Oz unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup(s) salted butter
2 cup(s) coconut sugar
2 Tsp vanilla
1 cup(s) all purpose unbleached flour
4 large eggs, divided use
8 Oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar
1/2 cup(s) candy canes, crushed

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with two long pieces of foil laid in opposite directions. Allow foil ends to wrap over top of pan.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in coconut sugar and vanilla. Remove from heat.
Mix in flour and 3 eggs with a wooden spoon, until blended together. Spread in pan.
Using an electric hand mixture beat together cream cheese, 1 egg, granulated sugar, and candy canes. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture onto brownie batter. Swirl together gently with a knife to create stripes. Do not mix completely.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 30 minutes on counter. Lift out with foil onto cutting board and allow to cool a few more minutes before cutting.
