Spray a microwave safe plate with nonstick cooking spray.

Layer the Canadian bacon slice, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato slice, chopped basil, red onion slice, shredded zucchini and remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on the prepared plate.
