1 Lb 93% Ground Beef
1 Lb Beef and Pork Sausage
12 Oz H-E-B Select Grilled Mixed Peppers
8 Oz Zatarain's Dirty Rice MIx
10 Oz Hill Country Fare Tomato with Green Chile
30 Oz H-E-B Dark Red Kidney Beans
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef, sausage, and mixed peppers; drain.

Combine rice mix and 2 cups water in a large pan. Add diced tomatoes and chilies. Stir in kidney beans.

Bring to a boil, and add meat mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Return to boil, reduce heat, and cover, stirring occasionally. Cook 25 minutes, until rice is easily fluffed with a fork.
