8 H-E-B Thick Sliced Premium Bacon, sliced and chopped
1 medium red onion, thin sliced
4 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, chopped
19 4/5 Oz Hill Country Fare Canned Mushrooms Stems and Pieces
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Creamy Garlic Caesar Dressing
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
16 Oz H-E-B Linguine
1/4 cup(s) basil, chopped

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the bacon; stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.

Place bacon on paper towels to drain. Drain all fat from skillet and reserve 1 tablespoon.

Add onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 3 minutes over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and continue to stir-fry for 2 more minutes or until onion is golden and clear.

Add drained mushroom slices and stir-fry for 3 more minutes over medium heat.

Add cooked bacon, dressing and heavy cream to sauce and reduce heat to low.

Cook sauce mixture for 10 minutes uncovered, stirring twice during cooking time.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to the package directions.

Drain pasta, place in a large pasta bowl and add the cooked carbonara sauce and toss.

Top pasta with chopped basil.
