Buttermilk Ranch Chicken & Broccoli Skewers

Recipe makes 4 Servings

8 Oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2 inch chunks
1 package H-E-B Broccoli Florets
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp powdered ranch dressing mix
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced

Soak wooden skewers in water a minimum of 30 minutes.
Alternately thread chicken and broccoli onto skewers, then place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour ranch mixture over skewers then turn a couple of times until chicken and broccoli are well coated. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium high. Grill skewers approximately 7 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
