3/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Plain Bread Crumbs
2 Tsp Morton & Bassett Paprika
1 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1 Tsp H-E-B Ground Black Pepper
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces, finely chopped
1 Lb chicken breasts, cut 1/4-inch thick
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

Whisk buttermilk with egg in a shallow bowl.

Combine breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, pepper and pecan pieces on a plate.

Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture, then coat both sides in breading.

Heat oil and butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add chicken, and cook 3-5 minutes per side, or until browned and crusty.
