6 Oz Central Market Baby Spinach, finely chopped
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup(s) red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Tsp McCormick Basil Leaves
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Pure Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp Hill Country Fare Black Pepper
1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

Cook bulgar and quinoa according to package directions. Drain, rinse in cold water, and drain again.

Combine spinach, feta cheese, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, bulgur and quinoa in a large bowl.

For dressing, combine basil, olive oil, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl; stir well.

Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
