Buffalo Turkey Sausage Pinwheels

Recipe makes 16 Servings

1 chub H-E-B Hot Turkey Sausage
8 Oz whipped cream cheese
1 cup(s) Blue Jack cheese
6 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
2 The Texas Pie Company Original Pie Dough Puck, thawed and rolled into 1/4-inch thick rectangles

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
Place a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned, breaking it into crumbles with spoon.
Drain turkey and set aside in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, Blue Jack cheese and hot sauce and mix until well combined.
Evenly pour mixture over both rolled out pie dough pucks.
Flatten mixture with spoon to make as level as possible.
Roll both prepared pie dough pucks into a pinwheel.
Place seam side down on counter and use a sharp knife to cut into 1-inch wheels.
Place pin wheels on prepared baking sheet, not touching, and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve with ranch or additional hot sauce.
