Buffalo Chicken Calzone

2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/4 Lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, thinly chopped
1/3 cup(s) Frank's Red Hot Sauce, plus more as needed
1 frozen pizza dough, thawed
2 cup(s) fontina cheese, shredded

Instructions

Preheat a non stick skillet over medium heat, and preheat oven to 400ºF.

Add butter to melt before adding chicken.

Stir-fry chicken for 3 to 4 minutes before adding hot sauce, continue until chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned.

Remove chicken from heat, and allow to rest while prepping dough.

Roll out pizza dough into a large circle on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

Evenly distribute chicken into middle of dough.

Spread cheese over chicken and fold dough over mixture, and press to seal with opposite side into a calzone shape.

Brush outside with any remaining chicken juices from skillet.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until dough is golden brown. Cool before cutting.
