12 Oz H-E-B Organics Kale Greens
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries, chopped
1/3 cup(s) smoked almonds, chopped
1/4 cup(s) green onions, very finely diced, green and white parts
1/3 cup(s) crumbled feta cheese

Put kale on a cutting board, and rough chop into small pieces removing any thick, woody stems.
Place kale in a large bowl, then drizzle with olive oil. Massage oil into kale firmly for about 1 to 2 minutes. Kale will wilt slightly and shrink in volume.
Drizzle with vinaigrette. Add cranberries, smoke almonds, green onions and feta. Toss gently and thoroughly.
Chef's note: delicious immediately, but also refrigerates well for up to 3 days.
