Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe makes 24 Servings

1/2 Lb salted butter
1 1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
2 cup(s) flour
11 1/2 Oz chocolate baking chips

Place butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Let butter melt swirling the pan gently to a simmer. Remove from heat as soon as it begins to brown.
Transfer butter to a large bowl then allow it to cool completely before making the dough.
Once butter is cool, cream together with brown sugar and add in eggs one at a time until completely incorporated. Add in vanilla and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl combine salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour.
Slowly add flour mixture to the creamed sugar. Mix well then add in chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Using a tablespoon, spoon dough onto the cooking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until edges are browned. Remove to a rack to cool.
Serve with Ice cold milk.
