Recipe makes 8 Servings

4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
4 Tbsp H-E-B Margarine, melted
2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp poppy seeds
1/4 cup(s) parsley, snipped
2 lemon, 1 juiced, 1 sliced
2 orange, sliced

Preheat broiler.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange sweet potato slices on baking sheet.
Combine margarine, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic powder, poppy seeds and parsley. Sprinkle over slices.
Drizzle lemon juice over all. Broil for 10 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
Garnish with orange and lemon slices if desired.
