Broiled Ham with Honey-Mustard Glaze

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb ham steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
2 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp H-E-B Honey Mustard

Instructions

Heat oven to broil. Line broiler pan with foil for easy cleanup.

Pat ham dry with paper towels.

Brush or spread half of mustard over top of ham.

Broil on rack over baking sheet 3 - 4 inches from heat source for 4 minutes.

Remove from oven; turn ham and spread with remaining mustard. Broil second side 4 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into 4 portions. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
