16 Oz frozen broccoli cuts
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Complete Instant Mashed Potatoes, prepared
4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dis with non-stick cooking spray and set aside,

Cook broccoli according to package directions and set aside.

Season prepared potatoes with salt and pepper. Evenly spread potatoes in prepared baking dish. Layer broccoli cuts over potatoes. Top broccoli with cheese and chopped bacon. Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
