12 Oz broccoli florets, steamed in bag
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup(s) part skim mozzarella, shredded
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup(s) Orti Di Calabria Marinara Sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray.

Place bag of broccoli florets in the microwave and cook according to package directions.

Remove broccoli from microwave and let it cool for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Transfer steamed broccoli to a food processor and pulse until broccoli is the size of rice.

Transfer the pulsed broccoli to a clean dish towel and squeeze as much of the liquid out as possible. Broccoli should crumble.

Combine dry broccoli in a bowl with parmesan cheese, eggs, 1/4 cup of mozzarella and salt. Mix well, then form into a broccoli dough ball.

Transfer broccoli "dough ball" mixture to lined baking sheet and form onto a round crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Top and edges of the crust should begin to brown.

Remove crust from oven, top with sauce and cheese.

Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted.

Let it cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
