Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 cup(s) frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 cup(s) 2% shredded cheddar
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Lb turkey breast, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp Adams Coarse Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Combine frozen broccoli, cheese, bread crumbs and garlic in a large bowl.

Lay turkey slices on a cutting board, gently pound to flatten, and generously season both sides with salt and pepper.

Scoop ½ cup of broccoli mixture on one end of each slice of turkey. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place on a sheet pan.

Bake until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
