Broccoli-Cheddar Packets

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 cup(s) broccoli crowns, cut into florets
1 3/4 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp chives, chopped
1 3 second spray of non-stick cooking spray
1 Tbsp all purpose flour, for dusting
13 4/5 Oz pb pizza crust all ready
1 large egg

Add broccoli to salted boiling water 1 minute. Drain, rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Mix broccoli, cheese, sour cream and chives in a bowl then squeeze with hand to compress.
Preheat oven to 425°F and spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
On a floured surface, roll out dough into a square and cut into quarters.
Place 1/4 of broccoli cheese filling in the middle of each quarter, leaving a small border. Fold in half, crimp with a fork and place on prepared baking sheet.
Beat egg with 1 tablespoon water and brush outside of packets.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
