12 large eggs
16 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Florets
12 Oz bag of H-E-B Caulibits

Heat a medium size oven safe pan to medium, and preheat oven to 375°F.
Whisk eggs in a large bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spray pan with non-stick spray and sauté broccoli and cauli rice for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add eggs to pan, stirring to incorporate.
Cook on stove top for 3 minutes, then transfer to oven and cook until eggs are set, 5 to10 minutes.
When eggs are set, remove pan from oven, cut into 4 pieces and serve hot with a side salad.
