Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 egg
1 Tbsp water
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheet
1/4 cup(s) toasted sliced almonds, optional
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped
1 Lb Brie cheese
13 Oz Pepperidge Farm Cracker Favorites

Heat oven to 400°F.
Beat egg and water in a small bowl with a fork or a whisk.
Unfold pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll pastry sheet into a 14-inch square. Cut off corners to make a circle.
Sprinkle almonds and parsley in center of the circle. Top with cheese round. Brush edge of circle with egg mixture.
Fold pastry over cheese to cover. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Decorate the top with pastry scraps, if desired.
Brush with egg mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Let stand for 45 minutes. Serve with crackers.
