1 Tbsp Land O Lakes Stick Margarine
1 onion, diced
4 Oz HEB Smoked Sausage, cubed
1 medium potato, boiled, diced
1 H-E-B Large Grade AA Egg, lightly beaten
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Salt
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
2 H-E-B Multigrain Fat Free Pita Bread

Melt margarine in small frying pan, then add onion, sausage, and potato; cook on medium heat, and stir until lightly browned; stir in egg, salt and pepper.
