Recipe makes 12 Servings

1/2 Lb H-E-B Sage Breakfast Sausage
2 cup(s) Texas Pure Milling Unbleached Baking Mix
3/4 cup(s) whole milk
1/4 cup(s) sour cream
1 1/4 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a sheet pan with parchment or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place a medium, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage and cook 5 to 7 minutes, crumbling with a spoon. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine sausage, dry mix, milk, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir together and, if necessary, use your hand to fully incorporate ingredients.
Spoon a heaping tablespoon on baking sheet and press down with fingers.
Bake 12 to 15 minute or until golden brown.
Chef's Note: Try substituting for your favorite sausage or cheese and adding fresh green onion.
