Breaded Chicken Marinara Sandwiches

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 H-E-B® Fully Cooked Chicken Fried Chicken Breasts
4 ciabatta rolls, sliced horizontally
1/2 cup(s) marinara sauce
4 Tsp shredded Parmesan cheese
2 1/4 Oz sliced black olives, drained
1 green bell peppers, seeds and stem removed and sliced into rings
4 natural sliced provolone

Turn on broiler.
Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions.
Place rolls on a baking sheet, cut-sides down and toast lightly under broiler 1 minute.
Remove bread from oven.
Turn cut-sides up and spread 2 tablespoons sauce on bread.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Parmesan over each bottom half.
Arrange olives, bell pepper rings and provolone over top halves.
Return bread to broiler 2 minutes until cheese melts.
Remove from oven.
Place chicken on bottom halves and close sandwiches with top halves.
