1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) sweet onion, finely chopped
12 Oz H-E-B Smokehouse Fully Cooked Sliced Beef Brisket
2 Tsp fresh garlic, finely minced
29 Oz H-E-B Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles
15 Oz H-E-B Borracho Beans
1 1/4 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Texas Chili Seasoning Mix

Instructions

Heat a large pot over medium-high. Add oil and chopped onion to pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion starts to soften.

While onion is cooking remove brisket from package. Using a sharp knife cut across the grain where meat is already sliced to make smaller chunks.

Add meat and garlic to onion. Stir to break meat apart and heat through, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, beans and chili mix. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer, uncovered.

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
