Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 Qt water
2 Tbsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
2 Lb raw shrimp, with shell
2 Tbsp Chef Geoffrey Michael's Cajun Breakdown

In a 3-quart pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
Add shrimp and bring back to a boil for 1 minute.
Once a few shrimp start floating remove immediately from heat and drain shrimp.
Place in closed container with 2 tablespoons of Cajun Breakdown.
Shake well and wait 15 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
