Bodacious Pulled Pork Sliders

Recipe makes 12 Servings

2 Lb pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1 Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce
12 Oz bock style beer
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

Season pork with black pepper then place in slow cooker with soppin' sauce and beer.
Cover and cook on low 2 hours.
After 2 hours remove lid, increase heat to high and cook an additional 30 minutes.
Using forks, shred pork while still in slow cooker.
Cut rolls in half and fill with pulled pork.
Chef's Note: Add a tangy slaw or serve with baked beans.
