Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/4 cup(s) quinoa
12 Oz Central Market Organics Spring Mix
12 Oz H-E-B Organics Blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 bunch radishes, washed and tops trimmed
1/2 cup(s) roasted salted almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup(s) Four J Apple Cider Vinaigrette, plus more as needed

Cook quinoa according to package directions, allow to cool and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
In a large serving bowl, combine salad greens, blueberries, quinoa, radishes and almonds. Toss to combine.
Serve with salad dressing as needed, and season to taste.
