6 Oz non fat plain Greek yogurt
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 cup(s) whole wheat flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 cup(s) frozen blueberries
1/2 cup(s) frozen peaches, chopped

Instructions

In a small bowl, stir yogurt, milk and oil until smooth. Add egg and stir to roughly combine.

In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add yogurt mixture and stir to combine.

Gently stir blueberries and peach chunks in pancake batter.

Heat a non-stick pan to medium-low. Add 1/4 cup batter and use a spoon to gently spread into an even circle. The thinner it is, the quicker it cooks.

Flip pancakes when batter starts to develop tiny bubbles on surface and edges start to look less shiny. Pancakes are done when golden brown on both sides.
