Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Grilling Mesh or Vegetable Grilling Rack
1 Lb H-E-B Extra Lean 96% Lean Ground Beef
1 large egg white, beaten
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp pepper
2/3 cup(s) H-E-B Crumbled Blue Cheese, divided use
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp H-E-B Half & Half

Line baking sheet with foil, insert grilling mesh or vegetable grilling rack, and spray with no stick cooking spray.
Combine lean ground beef, beaten egg white, salt, pepper, and half of the crumbled blue cheese in mixing bowl. Do not overmix or meatballs will be tough.
Form meat into 16 balls (1 tablespoon each) and place on prepared grilling mesh.
Cover meatballs with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes before grilling.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.
Grill meatballs for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Meanwhile the meatballs are cooking, mix dipping sauce ingredients: remaining blue cheese, sour cream and half & half in a small bowl.
Serve meatballs with dipping sauce.
